Experience the first golf course on the island of Zanzibar.

Be picked up from your hotel to start the day

You will start the tour by being picked up by our professional driver at your hotel. Then you will be driven to the Golf Course.

Play close by indian ocean stunning views

Upon arrival, the golf team will welcome you and you will be able to rent the needed equipment for you to play golf. Enjoy a fantastic golfing experience set in a stunning island setting. The course meanders through tropical bush landscapes with gigantic mango trees and palms, borders a beautiful mangrove swamp, and even features a stunning coastal low dunes landscape along the ocean on a couple of holes.

Choose between the Half-day (9-hole) or the Full-day, with both the front and back(18-holes).

There are nine greens, but with different tee locations, players can have a great 18-hole golf experience. The variety of holes on the different nines – varying in par, distance, and angle, will provide golfers with a fun island golfing experience. The course also boasts a driving range and short game practice facility, with extra fees.

After a 9-hole round, enjoy the sunset from the restaurant, situated on a private beach, soaking in views of the ocean. The course has a par of 71, with holes varying in length – short to long par 3’s, a variety of par 4’s including a couple of drivable options (depending on wind direction), and then some fun par 5’s, which also vary between longer and shorter, depending on wind direction.

As the course is set on the coast, wind will obviously have a great influence on the way the course plays every day, providing golfers with a different course in different wind conditions. The aim of the course was to provide an enjoyable experience for players, as well as provide a player-friendly course where new players can be introduced and exposed to the game.
